Return Policy
All sales of wholesale goods and parts are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds. Gandy Company only accepts returns for shipping errors, defective or damaged products.
Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products and Shipping Errors
If Your Product Arrived Damaged
Gandy Company is not responsible for shipping damage – the carrier is responsible for all external visible damage and concealed damage. Therefore, if there is visible damage, refuse the shipment and do not sign for it or take delivery. If the shipment has concealed damage, you must notify Gandy immediately. All products are shipped EXW (ExWorks) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent.
Shipping Errors
Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to Gandy Company within 24 hours of receipt. If all representatives are busy, please leave a message (including name, daytime phone number and shipper number) and we will return your call. All packages will be shipped the following business day. However, If your product is on back-order it will be shipped using the shipping method you originally chose as soon as the product is available.
Defective Products
Gandy Company must be notified within 14 business days of receipt if customer desires to make a defective product claim. Customer must call Gandy Company for a return authorization number. All wholesale goods and parts that are returned as a defective product claim may be subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests by Gandy Company or by a third party authorized by Gandy Company. Please Note: If a product has had gas in the tank or oil added to it, it MAY NOT be returned at any time and must be repaired by a dealer. In addition, if a product has had seed, chemicals or fertilizer run through it, it MAY NOT be returned at any time and must be repaired by a dealer.

Returning Defective, Damaged or Shipping Error Products:
- Products must be unused, defective or damaged in transit to be returned.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange and must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- A return authorization number must be clearly written on the front of the original packing list that was sent with the order and placed inside the carton where it can easily be located and identified – Gandy Company does not accept returns without the original packing slip and RMA number clearly written on the document.

Owatonna, MN 55060 - A 30% restocking fee applies for all returned product that is determined not to be defective or a result of shipping damage. If additional rework is required due to improper packaging upon return, it will reduce the amount of your credit.
- A defective return does not include returns for incompatibility.
- All returned wholegoods and parts may be subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests by Gandy Company or by a third party authorized by Gandy Company.
- Processing your return will take from 2-4 weeks.
- Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
- Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer unless product is determined by Gandy Company to be defective or originally damaged in transit.
Back-Order Policy
If you order an out-of-stock wholesale good or part from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. Gandy Company will not charge your credit card for back-ordered items until we ship your order. Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you chose. If you would like to change your shipping method, please send an email to sales@gandy.net and we will change it for you.
Warranty Policy
The Gandy Company warrants all material and workmanship on equipment delivered to be free of defects for a period of twelve months from date of original purchase. Products used on a commercial, rental or leased basis are warranted for 90 days. Any part or parts thought to be defective within these warranty periods are to be returned by the customer or through your servicing dealer to the Gandy Company's plant. Customer or dealer must receive authorization from Gandy Company to return items under warranty. A return authorization number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the packing slip and on all packages returned to the factory. If found defective by Gandy Company, replacement parts will be forwarded free of charge, prepaid. No service charge or expense on the equipment will be allowed unless such expense has been previously authorized in writing by the Gandy Company. Serial number and model of the unit involved is required by the Gandy Company on all warranty claims. Gandy Company policy is to improve products whenever it is practical to do so. It reserves the right to make changes or add improvements at any time without incurring any obligation to make such changes on products sold previously. This warranty does not apply to products altered by users after the point of manufacture.
This warranty against defects in material and workmanship is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and there are no other warranties of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages whether for breach of warranty, for breach or repudiation of any other term or condition hereof, or for negligence, on the basis of strict liability, or for any other reason.
