Warranty Submissions

Customers are given a link to register their warranty when they get their fulfillment email. They can also find it on the website anytime.

To see warranty submissions:

Login to site backend
Go to Apps > Forms
Click on Warranty
Click on View Submissions

Shopify doesn't have a download option, but you can select the list of entries by clicking and dragging from Display name down to the last entry under Product description. COPY and PASTE into Excel

To edit the warranty FORM, go to Apps > Forms > Warranty

Edit the questions and text at the top and click SAVE.

The form is coded into a Page called Warranty, but if you edit that Page, it looks like the form isn't there (it's coded into the template for that page). Typically, you'll just leave this all alone.

Editing Footers

The footers are at the very bottom of all the pages on the store. There are two "menus" of links in those footer areas.

You can add/edit links to these by going to Menus -> Content -> Choose the menu you want to edit.

Then you can add, edit, rearrange or remove links. Remember to click Save.

There are 2 footer menus setup:
- footer menu - links in the gray section of the footer
- footer 2 - links in the red section of the footer

NOTE: These Instructions pages are all hidden from Google AND search results on your site. If you add a new Instructions page, use the "hide-from-google" Theme template.
